TAO Chicago features multiple levels, creating dynamic spaces within the historic building\u2019s shell, while adding TAO\u2019s Asian-influenced\u00a0DNA to the restaurant. <a href=\"https:\/\/taochicago.com\/dinner\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>TAO Chicago\u2019s restaurant menu<\/strong><\/a>, created by TAO Group Partner and Chef Ralph Scamardella and Executive Chef Michael Armstrong, is complete with great Pan-Asian offerings from the sea, sky and land\u00a0including signature dishes like Satay of Chilean Sea Bass, Crispy Rice Tuna and a Wagyu Rib-Eye. We are more likely to be heard if we speak with one voice!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Largest membership level ever &#8211; 69 buildings and over 17,000 members!<\/li>\n<li>Launched in August the first in a new series of free mixers for RNRA Members.<\/li>\n<li>Launched RNRA&#8217;s virtual community forum for Directors of RNRA-member homeowners associations designed to faciliate dialogue and share collective knowledge and experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Public Safety &#8211; Building constructive relationships between residents, businesses and public safety officials to help solve and prevent crime<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducted 6 Public Safety meetings with Ward &amp; CPD representatives.<\/li>\n<li>Posted CPD Community Alerts on <em>My River North<\/em> mobile app and RNRAChicago.org<\/li>\n<li>Worked with Ward and CPD officials to identify locations for additional police observation cameras (4 already installed).<\/li>\n<li>Participated in CAPS Residential &amp; Hospitality Meetings, &#8220;Coffee with the Commander&#8221; and the 18th District 2020 Community Policing Strategy meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Held second annual PSC meeting with Alderman Reilly &amp; Commander O&#8217;Shea.<\/li>\n<li>Followed many Court Advocacy Program cases and attended dozens of liquor license revocation hearings.<\/li>\n<li>Initiated a new annual donation to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cpdmemorial.org\/get-behind-the-vest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8220;Get Behind the Vest&#8221; program<\/a>, supported &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/give.cpdmemorial.org\/event\/2019-run-to-remember\/e214707\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Run to Remember<\/a>&#8221; and &#8220;18th District National Night Out&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Development &#8211; Advocating for responsible real estate development<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>River North is a very desirable area that sees alot of real estate development. \u00a0In coordination with the Aldermen&#8217;s offices, our Development Committee meets with developers early in the process to review proposals and offer constructive feedback. \u00a0Our objective is to advocate for development that is planned and conducted in a manner that enhances the neighborhood and considers its impact on all stakeholders.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducted 8 design reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Co-hosted 2 public community meetings with the Aldermen.<\/li>\n<li>Over 25 buildings reviewed in the last few years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Environment &#8211; River North Clean Streets and Ward Park<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>River North Clean Streets<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completed our 3rd season of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rncleanstreets.org\"><strong>River North Clean Streets<\/strong><\/a> &#8211; Cleaning our streets on weekends while utilizing a service that helps disadvantaged Chicagoans transition back into the workforce.<\/li>\n<li>Removed over 11 tons of trash and recyclable materials from 24 blocks of our streets and sidewalks from May-October.<\/li>\n<li>Provided potentially life-changing opportunities for nearly 100 interns working to become self-sufficient.<\/li>\n<li>Presented Lena Gladney the &#8220;2019 Intern of the Year&#8221; award in recognition of her outstanding performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ward Park<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completed 4\u00a0Ward Park clean-ups.<\/li>\n<li>Worked with park district on maintenance needs.<\/li>\n<li>Hosted \u00a0events in the park to build community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pets &#8211; Promoting responsible pet ownership and community engagement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Power washed the Erie DFA in Summer and Fall.<\/li>\n<li>Provided waste bags in both DFAs.<\/li>\n<li>Worked with Alderman Reilly&#8217;s office to maintain and improve the Ohio Place DFA including lights, safety gates and water fountains.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Events &#8211; Building community through neighborhood events!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hosted 18th annual Taste of River North &#8211; \u00a0over 25,000 attendees!<\/li>\n<li>Hosted 5 movies in the Summer Film Festival at Ward Park \u00a0&#8211; between 500 to 700\u00a0attendees at each movie.<\/li>\n<li>Hosted\u00a0Family Events in Ward Park &#8211; Spring Planting , Back to School Movie Party and Halloween Festival.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>A Great Neighborhood Deserves a Great Mobile App!<\/strong>\u00a0<strong><a href=\"myrivernorth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>My River North<\/em> <\/a>Mobile App<\/strong> &#8211;
