<em><strong>47<\/strong> Buildings and <strong>over 11,000 members<\/strong>!<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Launched the <strong>&#8220;My River North&#8221;<\/strong> mobile app &#8211; <em><strong>over 50 participating businesses<\/strong> and <strong>almost 1,000 downloads<\/strong>!<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sponsorship<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Largest sponsorship base ever &#8211; <em><strong>74<\/strong> sponsors across<strong> 14<\/strong> categories!<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Public Safety<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Launched\u00a0<strong>NEW Public Safety Committee<\/strong> and its mission with members from RNRA member buildings<\/li>\n<li>Met every other month in the 18th District Community Room &#8211; public welcome<\/li>\n<li>Attended CAPS Resident and Hospitality Meetings and Coffee with the Commander Meetings<\/li>\n<li>Facilitated\u00a0dialogue between residents and hospitality venues to resolve differences<\/li>\n<li>Facilitated\u00a0dialogue between residents and garage management regarding public safety and nuisance issues<\/li>\n<li>Redesigned Public Safety Website<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reviewed <strong>9 new properties<\/strong> and co-hosted <strong>4 community meetings<\/strong> with our Aldermen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Environment<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Launched <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rncleanstreets.org\"><strong>River North Clean Streets<\/strong><\/a> &#8211; <em>Cleaning our streets on weekends while utilizing a service that helps disadvantaged Chicagoans transition back into the workforce<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Completed <strong>2\u00a0Ward Park clean-ups<\/strong> &#8211; <em>Earth Day with Friends of the Park and Chicago River Day with Friends of the Chicago River.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Family<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hosted <strong>3 Family Events<\/strong> in Ward Park &#8211; <em>Spring Egg Toss, Back to School Party and Halloween Festival with the highest attendance and sponsorship presence ever!<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pets<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Increased maintenance on our Larrabee DFA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Events<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hosted 17th annual Taste of River North &#8211; <em>grow Court Advocate program, improve communications by having a representative from the Alderman&#8217;s Office be present at PSC meetings and proactively \u00a0establish relationships with Hospitality venues<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Continue our rigorous <strong>development<\/strong> reviews<\/li>\n<li>Maintain &amp; improve the Larrabee <strong>DFA<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Create community with <strong>Family programs<\/strong>, the <strong>Summer Film Festival<\/strong> and <strong>park<\/strong> clean-ups<\/li>\n<li>Create a unique and entertaining River North experience with the <strong>Taste of River North<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Contribute to River North <strong>nonprofit organizations<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>RNRA Green Streets Initiative Awards<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is with great pleasure that we announced our 2017 Green Streets Initiative Winners and Runners Up.<\/p>\n<p>RNRA\u2019s Green Streets Initiative encourages the creation and improvement of public space by acknowledging the owners and managers of properties throughout River North for outstanding achievement in landscape beautification.
