Starting November 1st, you can log in to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthcare.gov\">HealthCare.gov<\/a>, fill out an application, and enroll in a 2019\u00a0Marketplace health plan. Enroll by December 15, 2018 and coverage starts January 1, 2019. 2019 plans and prices will be available to preview shortly before November 1.<\/p>\n<p>If you don&#8217;t have health insurance through a job, Medicare, Medicaid, the Children&#8217;s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), or another source that provides qualifying health coverage, the Marketplace can\u00a0help you get covered.<\/p>\n<div>\u2022 If you have job-based insurance: You can buy a plan through the Marketplace, but you&#8217;ll pay full price unless your employer&#8217;s insurance doesn&#8217;t meet certain standards.
