Children, seniors and people with disabilities have a harder time navigating uncleared sidewalks after\u00a0snow falls.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Municipal Code of Chicago (4-4-310 &amp; 10-8-180), property and business owners and occupants are responsible for keeping sidewalks clear of\u00a0snow\u00a0and ice. At least 5 feet of snow must be cleared from\u00a0adjacent sidewalks.
