After 20 years hosting Chicago\u2019s first dog-friendly event, The Anti-Cruelty Society regrets to report that Bark in the Park 21 has been cancelled due to a local outbreak of Canine Influenza.<\/p>\n

Due to the highly contagious nature of this virus, The Anti-Cruelty Society feels it pertinent in following our mission to promote a healthy and safe community to cancel the event scheduled for Sunday, May 3 at Montrose Harbor. <\/span><\/p>\n

While we are deeply saddened by this decision, we hope our friends and supporters understand. Further, we\u2019d like to extend a call to action to continue fighting on behalf of the thousands of homeless pets the Society serves each year by participating in iBark<\/a> in the Park!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
